The consequences were low control over employee information, significant manual intervention, and challenges in establishing shared governance of recruitment processes.
Current state assessment
Identified gaps in the existing recruitment process and system support. Defined areas for improvement and what needed to be standardised.
Requirements & system selection
Evaluated alternatives and selected a system matching needs, with a focus on usability and automation. A key element was integration with the HRM solution implemented in parallel, to ensure accurate employee information and significant time savings upon completed recruitment.
Implementation & ways of working
System and processes were adapted in parallel over two months. Fast onboarding and clear routines for immediate use in live recruitments.
