What we offer

We are an ambitious firm with large assignments. Public transport, infrastructure, facility management, hospitality, security and the public sector. No two days are the same and no assignment is make-believe.

We are not a firm where you end up in a big trainee programme waiting for something to happen. You are part of the team straight away. You work on real assignments, alongside consultants with 20+ years of operational experience, and you see the results of your work in reality.

We recruit on a rolling basis — both trainees and experienced consultants. You are well-educated and have ambitions beyond the ordinary. It’s about how you think, how you take initiative and whether you deliver.

For experienced consultants

Do you have an operational background and want to work on assignments where your experience is actually used? We are continuously looking for experienced consultants in project management, change management and business development.

With us you work close to clients, take full ownership of your assignments and avoid middlemen and unnecessary admin. Short decision paths, high autonomy and assignments worth talking about.

Already a consultant

Do you have at least two years of experience as a consultant and want to work in an environment where you own your assignments and results matter more than slides?

Trainee programme

Real assignments
from day one
You won’t be shadowing anyone. You’re on real assignments, taking responsibility and delivering. The pace is high and so is the learning.

Broad industry experience
You quickly build the broad industry experience that most consultants take ten years to accumulate.

Close mentorship
You learn directly from Dan, Magnus and the other senior consultants. Not in a classroom — but in real situations with real consequences.

Clear path forward
