System setup in collaboration with the system supplier and internal representatives. Integrated with the HRM system implemented in parallel, BI solution, and data transfer to payroll systems in three countries.
Implementation & follow-up
Tested and launched in live operations across +80 sites in 3 countries. Support and continuous follow-up to ensure practical adoption and anchoring in the organisation.
