The integration had to happen in parallel with ongoing operations, without disrupting the business. Data quality was uneven, follow-up was limited, and internal communication flows were unclear.
Current-state analysis
We started with a current-state analysis of the operations, mapping systems, processes, and brand expression to create a clear picture of priorities.
Company integration
Operations were adapted and integrated into the existing company structure to secure operations, unified systems, and standardised ways of working. In parallel, the necessary hardware and equipment were secured for the affected staff.
Implementation
We supported the organisation through implementation via training and operational support, with a focus on ensuring staff felt confident in new systems and ways of working.
