• Secured buy-in across the organisation's key roles

Identifying concrete savings initiatives (SEK 130m)

Close collaboration with key stakeholders to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities:

• 50+ initiatives with measurable impact identified
• Initiatives validated by effect, risk, and delivery capacity
• Focus on quality over quantity and results over ambition

Implementation of a tracking model

Developed and implemented a governance model for tracking savings initiatives and result delivery:

• Clear ownership structure and accountability
• Integrated into established budget and forecast processes
• Regular reporting to the management team and other stakeholders
