Management and coordination of progress on system development and the project's agile ways of working, ensuring efficient progress across all workstreams.
Quality assurance and sign-off
Responsible for all documentation, preparation, and execution of all tests, including functional tests, UAT, and system integration tests, in close collaboration with users and the system supplier.
Training, Go-live, and HyperCare
Planning and execution of go-live across multiple operational units. Training of end users and the system management organisation before and during implementation, with ongoing support after go-live.
