Planning and coordination

The relocation of three parallel operations was completed in a single project, with full operations maintained throughout. Each step was planned to eliminate disruption and ensure business continuity.

Selection and delivery

Complete end-to-end delivery of the physical working environment – from concept, design, and procurement to fully equipped workstations. Focus on functionality, ergonomics, and efficient flows.

System setup

Implementation of critical infrastructure, including access and alarm systems, fire protection, and IT environments, to high standards of operational reliability. All installations integrated without interruption.

Design and customisation

The physical environment was complemented with greenery, signage, and brand elements to create a cohesive and representative workplace.

Handover

Seamless transition and opening event, where move-in, commissioning, and final delivery were completed without impacting the operation's pace. Everything fully operational from day one.
