A public transport start-up needed project management of all FM workstreams. Cleaning, graffiti removal, property maintenance, establishing a new office, and staff takeover. Many parallel activities. The INSTA inspection had to be passed from day one.
Project management of the mobilisation
Project management of the FM workstream within the takeover, covering cleaning, graffiti removal, and property maintenance. Also included taking over all staff within the area. The client passed the first INSTA inspection and property maintenance was on track with the plan.
Establishing a new office for the operation
Project manager and executor of the initiative from premises proposal, negotiation, fit-out, and procurement of equipment (4–5 procurements).
Contracts and lease negotiations
Developed all contracts for the takeover of leases and negotiations and renegotiations between all parties.
Procurement
Procurement and purchasing across various areas, including fire suppression, cleaning, assembly and moving, architect, and furniture supplier.
