An entirely new vehicle maintenance organisation had to be built from scratch. The operation needed to go live on the set deadline – no processes, systems, or staff were in place.
Extensive project with over 10 workstreams to coordinate. ISO processes, ECM certification, maintenance plans, IT infrastructure, supplier contracts – everything had to be ready simultaneously.
Full project ownership
Responsible for the project plan, project organisation with 25+ FTE across 10 workstreams, risks and mitigation, and reporting to the steering group.
Driving workstreams forward
Responsible for delivery across all workstreams, covering Process, Material Supply, Technology, Procurement, EAM/System Support, IT, Reporting, HR, and Communications.
Handover to operations
All activities documented and handed over through a structured approach, including close collaboration with operations 2 months before takeover, on-site collaboration at go-live, and defining next steps for each workstream.
