We developed the traffic assignment's organisational structure and resource plan, designed to meet mandatory requirements and strengthen the tender's competitiveness.
Calculations, incentives, and risk analysis
We were responsible for developing input and assumptions for the calculation based on the sub-project's scope. The work also included developing solutions linked to quality incentives and conducting a risk analysis.
Appendices, establishment plan, and quality assurance
We led the work on the tender's mandatory appendices for organisation, management, establishment, ways of working, and employee engagement.
