Traffic start-up with 30,000 passengers per day. Needed to establish an entirely new operations centre, planning department, and FM organisation from scratch.

Extensive project with many parallel activities. Premises, systems, staff, processes – everything had to be ready at the same time.

Operations management

Responsible for building an entirely new operations centre, including premises, hardware and software, training, organisation, and recruitment of staff.

Planning department

Advisory role in setting up and taking over the planning department, including premises and system change, training, process development, organisation, and recruitment.

Facility Management

Responsible for the complete FM takeover covering processes, routines, ways of working, procurement, organisation, planning, and inspections.

Head office and other properties

Responsible for negotiating and managing the planning, furnishing, and move to a new head office, as well as taking over all premises within the operation.

Operational management

Responsible for taking over the operational organisation, including managers, drivers, and train hosts.

Business development and analysis

Responsible for taking over, restructuring, and building the business development team, including competency supply.
