Sub-project management – Operations
Responsible for the Operations sub-project, project plan detailing, daily management of a multinational sub-project group and experts of up to 10 FTE. Reporting to a steering committee in Sweden and internationally. Scope covered traffic operations and traffic production including organisation, roles, and SLAs.
Tender structure and content
Responsible for a quality appendix and mandatory requirement appendix, including structure, workshops, and solution development. Quality writer – developing text and language. Appendices tailored to the client's evaluation model to secure maximum quality scores.
Senior adviser
Responsible adviser for all sub-projects and all proposed solutions across the entire tender. Ensured each sub-project received the sparring and validation needed to quality-assure solutions and tender text.
