A large public transport tender worth over SEK 5 billion needed an assistant project manager and a sub-project lead for Operations. Many parallel workstreams with high quality requirements.
Also needed a project manager for the development of a disruption app – a complex delivery running in parallel with the tender work.
Assistant project manager
Partly responsible for leading workstreams within the tender, project plan detailing, daily management of the project team. Quality review. Reporting to the steering committee. Responsible for the validation and approval process and the model for incentives, bonuses, and penalties.
Sub-project management – Operations
Responsible for the Operations sub-project, covering traffic operations and management, traffic production, passenger and disruption information, disruption management, replacement transport, on-board service, ticket inspection, revenue protection, and customer service.
Project manager – disruption app development
Responsible on the client side for developing an app for sharing information with passengers in normal operations and during disruptions. Developing and specifying requirements, driving development with an external supplier, testing and validating the product.
