Utmaningen

A new public transport operation needed to build all mission-critical reporting processes and daily management structures from scratch. No processes existed.

Staff scheduling, production planning, KPIs, follow-up, and internal improvement methods were entirely absent. A working structure was needed before permanent staff could take over.

Reporting

Established all mission-critical reporting processes and reporting frameworks within Traffic. Set up and delivered reports in accordance with contractual requirements to the client.

Daily management

Responsible for establishing a working method for daily management, from production planning and service planning to operational traffic management and depots. Defined KPIs, follow-up, and methods for ongoing internal improvement work.

Interim management of the operation

Acted as interim manager for daily data, data analysis, process development, and reporting during the transition period. Ran the operation until permanent staff were recruited and a structured handover could take place.
