On-site leadership
Active, hands-on leadership as Head of Facility Management (including follow-up and improvement of cleaning, janitorial services, and graffiti removal) on-site at the client, delivered by a senior consultant with expertise in FM, procurement, purchasing, and premises. All premises were security-classified, requiring specialist competence.
Energy efficiency
Initiated and managed an energy efficiency project across all properties within the assignment.
Lease renegotiations
Identified cost-saving potential and drove renegotiations of lease contracts, including rest facilities.
Property maintenance improvement projects
Multiple initiatives covering locks, alarms, and security (security-classified premises due to traffic operations).
Build-up and handover
Built an efficient and lean organisation with full documentation and structured handover to operations.
