Scope – Business Manager

Full responsibility for operational delivery (approx. 800 employees), the client relationship, follow-up and reporting, and P&L accountability, plus leading a management team of 8 people.

Scope – Traffic Manager

Full responsibility for traffic management and all operational employees, including drivers and train hosts, as well as planning and business development within the department.

On-site leadership

Active, hands-on leadership on-site at the client, covering two management roles simultaneously during the agreed period.

Fast ramp-up

Thanks to extensive industry experience, both roles were taken over at short notice with no gaps in delivery.

Continued improvement

Existing plans were reviewed, updated, and followed up, leading to continued improvement and seamless ongoing delivery.
